THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.
The issuance of $60,000,000 of bonds for the construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, expansion and equipment of school buildings (including, but not limited to, a new elementary school, safety and security improvements and accessibility improvements in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act), and any necessary demolition or removal of facilities in connection therewith, and the levy and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
